Title: From The Past To The Possible: How To Get Ready For a Change? (PL)
Abstract: The current situation is requiring almost every business and social system to confront an immediate need to adapt, innovate, re-focus, re-think … need to change.
The role of business leaders and HR professionals is to learn think quickly and innovative, and then to facilitate out-of-box-thinking all the way down into their organizations. This will be very complex and quite hard by the fact that we do not know what will be stopped, what will be unchanged and what will be modified or (un)learned. Using the learning and experience from other crisis situation, the objective of the session is to help individual leaders and teams create change by taking a completely new approach and/or by flexing their current way of working. We will briefly review different tolls and processes that will help to reflect on the past and present situation and choose the “right” future directions.
Grażyna Rzehak is an experienced and well recognized business leader and HR executive with over 20 years of experience. Her main area of interest is strongly focused on leadership, people and organization development. She has a wide knowledge and expertise in the following areas: business strategy, change management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, human resources management, new technologies, internal and external communication.
Grażyna is a member of non-executive and advisory boards of leading technology, logistic and services companies (Grupa Pracuj, InPost/Grupa Integer.pl S.A., Nais, Digital University). She also advises to number of start-ups and e-commerce companies. She is also involved in individual and team coaching, mentoring and consulting on the C-Level for different sectors and industries.
For over twenty years she held different senior executive positions in the areas of HR, sales and business development in large international companies, such as Unilever, ICI/Akzo Nobel and Grupa Żywiec/Heineken. Recently, as Chief Operations & People Officer in Grupa Pracuj, in her executive role, she was supporting the owners of the company in the area of strategic business decisions, investments, organizational development and talent strategy for the entire capital group.
Grażyna graduated from Wrocław University of Technology and Michigan Technological University, USA. Additionally, she finished postgraduate studies and executive education at Warsaw University of Technology, Harvard Business School, INSEAD and IMD.
