Title: Young Professionals Best Prepared To Lead Post COVID-19

Abstract: If one thing COVID-19 has taught us is that we are all vulnerable–some more than others. The aftermath of social distancing and shuttering is yet to be seen with respect to workers returning. When young professionals are compared to their older counterparts–they exhibit greater empathy, emotional intelligence and understanding. Young Professionals grew up with the concepts as other generations struggled to adapt to a new way of managing.
